With what I’ve seen, MP Captain, US Army - I’ve gone after AWOL’s and everything else in the military...and I’ve seen how the govt either prosecuted or didn’t prosecute...with that said - just to make her life easier — get a hold of someone in the Selective Service Office - bring that record up and write their name down, date & time, and make sure your daughter gets a letter of notification that this was their mistake - or something like that..make sure she writes down all the phone numbers and people she talked to concerning this...she needs to keep that info just in case this ever pops up again - once it is cleared...establish a paper trail...hope this helps!

thank your! excellent suggestions in case we are dealing with “low-level rogue agents” at Selective Service. seriously, those are really good suggestions of the paper trail.
