I think he was drunk or stoned and likely passed out. That would be the only reason I can think of that he could not be reached.
If he was with somebody, he still could be interupted. If he was impossibly drunk? It doesn’t matter what they do, they wouldn’t be able to stand him up.
jmho, but if he was too drunk to do his duties and Americans died because of it, he should not only be impeached, but he should be prosecuted for criminal negligence.
I believe the moocher had him dressed in female attire sand was dominating and degrading him in some bizarre sex romp.
The problem of his indifference is why I’ve thought from early on that it was a staged fake kidnapping. Obama wasn’t worried because he knew the plan. That would not be the case if it was just some cover for weapons smuggling. The CIA guys went independent and the situation went out of control.
If Obama was incapacitated or incommunicado, someone else could have acted. Everyone in the White House would know the protocol.
Another possibility is that it was an assassination that had Obama’s approval.

Interesting you should suggest this. Obama’s Mini Me, Deval Patrick, was recently asked what he did the night one of the Boston Bombers was killed & the other captured. He said, & I quote, ‘I got very, very drunk’. (Imagine a Republican governor saying such a thing.) We know after one of Obama’s physicals the dr told him to moderate his drinking. It’s certainly possible he drank to excess on the night in question.
Otoh, he cd have said to his aids, ‘I put Hillary in charge of this thing, & I don’t want to be disturbed.’ Then he cd have spent time w someone he doesn’t want people to know he spent time w, & none of his aids wd dared have interrupted him.
At this point, we just don’t know.
