Unfortunately Arpaio has made all sorts of allegations, most of which could be found over almost five years of Orly Taitz’ investigations. Joe solicited donations in preparation for bringing charges on any of the number of laws broken by Obama and his team, but has refused ever to file in court. The Negro v. Black issue was raised years ago. Document and postscript experts have provided cogent critiques for years. The issue of threats to media came up in 2008, and has been verified by the clear corruption by both Justice and, again sadly, by the complicity of a federal judge, Royce Lamberth, who had a reputation as a fearless defender of the law decades ago, who approved the Rosen wiretapping and is “losing” court documents that the his clerks acknowledged having received. The corruption is so pervasive that everyone is learning that there is no privacy to speak of, and that the IRS has become the enforcer of choice. Arpaio, probably like all the public figures who won’t speak of Chief Justice Waite or Chief Justice Marshall or Chief Justice Evans Hughes, knows that his children and grandchildren will suffer and he will be bankrupt if he proceeds with any meaningful legal action.

When Conyers (twice) and Menendez, and Hatch (to make Scharzenegger eligible), and Rohrabacher, and Barney Frank, and Nickles, all tried and failed to get an amendment to Article II Section 1 between 2000 and 2007, any one of which would have made Obama and McCain eligible, through Congress and to the states, you know they understand but with both parties complicit, have kept silent. You know when George Soros’ Center for American Progress lackeys corrupt twenty six supreme court documents on line to derail those curious enough, and not already cowed by government threats, that corruption is very deep, and that crushing a few individuals is to be expected. This writer suspects that Arpaio is simply trying to fend off Obama as well as those contributors who believed him when he said publically that he intended to bring charges. I suspect that he did intend to bring charges, but underestimated the depth of the corruption, which threatens everyone connected to him.

We will need Joe when the IRS and the DHS, and the twenty four hundred mosques become allies following Boston and New York and Sweden and France and England to tighten the grip by the Muslim Brotherhood over our governance. They will sow violence and hysteria creating an opportunity for martial law - thus a billion rounds of hollow point for domestic use. We have too many good people for savages to prevail permanently, but it will not be easy. and have enormous impact on what remains of our private sector productivity. Our once sovereign states may once again assert sovereignty, opening the door to less free nations to intervene for us, since Russia and China exhibit no illusions nor hypocrisy entertaining the rebirth of the Caliphate, the one Erdogan and Morsi, great friends of Obama, are proud to proclaim as inevitable - a real Arab Spring.

We need Joe. The usurpation of our presidency by a man born an alien, to an alien father, is not allowed by our Constitution.
