Maryland —> State with 99% liberal teachers and administrators.

My sister is one and she, like her colleagues, are nitwits to the max.

This is why my grandchildren attend private school.

The kids try to bring in contraband (toys, stickers to decorate a desk - 4 year old granddaughter, etc.)

I watch them so they are removed from the backpacks whenever I suspect there’s something in the bag.

Hope the parents of the kiddo above sue these fools.

Maryland is the state also infamous for the asthma inhaler incident. A boy on a schoolbus was having a severe asthma attack (nearly to the point of turning blue). A girl on the schoolbus, also asthmatic, used her emergency inhaler on the boy. The ER doctor said that if the girl had not acted as she did, the boy would have suffered or died from severe asphyxiation. The girl was suspended by the school and thus had a drug charge on her record.
To work in any position in Maryland (or any subdivision) government, one has to be lacking of any intelligence. To the point of forgeting things when one goes for a dump.

We have one in our family. I kept my offspring away until age 30.
