That was true as of September 2012, but I do not seen any affirmation from Montgomery that a criminal investigation has not begun since then based on the certification of forgery by the forensic laboratory claimed recently by Zullo.
I spoke with a woman in Montgomery’s office today (she wouldn’t give me her name, but was trying to get mine along with being difficult)... she said she has no knowledge of any criminal cases relating to the sheriffs investigation relating to the forgery and/or fraud
liberal guard watching the gate immediately came to mind
