Yes, Rubio is a very ruthless negotiator, Dems are obviously terrified of him.

The important thing is we get the ‘undocumented out of the shadows’ so they can get those foods stamps and Obama-care for their kids and they can file for EITC they don't get now.

I am sure the Schumer Durbin Rubio McCain Grahmnesty bill will force ANY POTUS to secure the border, just as Rubio promises. Trust Grasshopper..
