Reaching a decision on the dumbest democrat would indeed be a task best assigned to a supercomputer.
Some Democrats seem to be stupid only because they are so brilliant, so intelligent, so intellectual, that their minds are working overtime and are attempting to solve all of mankind’s problems all at once, without rest, without sleep, just like brilliant scientists who solve problems in physics and chemistry.
