What I meant is that if Obama is impeached, we have Biden. If Nixon was impeached, we would have had Agnew, who was even less attractive to Nixon’s enemies than Nixon. So they got Agnew out first. Then, impeaching Nixon was more attractive.
Get Biden out first, then impeach Obama. Maybe, if we had gotten Gore out, removing Clinton might have happened.
