The article is BS. Cassidy is a solid conservative. I’m from Louisiana and know whereof I speak. No one has ever heard of this new candidate, and has no political record, unlike Cassidy.
The only reason this story is being reported is that Louisiana newspapers who are 100% behind Landrieu want to give him ink and hope to draw votes from Cassidy.
Well, I’m glad I got a response from a Louisiana freeper. I’m going to be doing all I can to help us take the senate from the rats, and I want to know we’ve got good candidates to run in these red states. Bruising primary battles could hurt us.
I’m for any candidate who says they will stand with Cruz, Lee and Paul. If Cassidy will do so also, let them battle it out.
