Seems a bit of a stretch, that’s the ceiling of the oval office as seen from the far end of the room. The eagle is upside down because the pic was taken from it’s feet.
For it to be right side up, the picture would have to have been taken from where the marxist messiah is sitting.
Far be it from me to defend the pestilence in chief, but this one is just not there...

What in the world are you saying? This is the official WH seal. The WH seal is on all manner of items relating to the WH. How do you know the post is a picture of ceiling? Whether it is or not, it doesn't give them license to post the seal on the official website upside down. Accept it, this is just another not so subtle, in your face display of contempt for our Country.
The bottom portion of the image you linked (him at the desk) doesn’t appear on the twitter page background. The only portion of it that’s visible is the eagle on the ceiling.
