I am not smirking or mocking. Simply identifying the risks associated with such bravado talk.
I have weapons and ammo...enough to accommodate several persons bedsides myself. Yet I am not optimistic were I to need help, that I would receive it in the event of a Koresh style take-down.
I would be burned out, myself and my family killed and my weapons and ammo seized. With nary a smidgen of help. I don’t expect the FBI, State Police, Sheriff and Townies to be taking heat from behind them. An assault on them from their rear in an attempt to assist me.
Koresh was a nut, but he hadn’t committed a crime until the Clintigula administration’s lackies kept pushing him until he relented on the shortened shotgun.
Without some sort of organized response, individually we will die.
How many would be willing to face the wrath of the state for daring to support and assist moi? I’m not even sure that my best friend would go there, and we have been through think and thin.
I’m not optimistic about those who say they will, and those who actually will.
I have an excellent neighbor who is an immigrant from Romania. He is a brilliant engineer and runs his own business now; he’s now a patriotic American citizen. But he tells some great stories about his involvement in the resistance against the Russians in Romania. I would not have thought him capable of such things.
If you ever get a chance, you should seek out and talk to some people like this. Very interesting perspective.
