I see several words in English, which you claim are in French.

Stop posting anti-American lies.

Stop posting anti-American lies.

That's what you have to say upon reading a long list of what "natural born citizen" and Presidential eligibility actually meant in early America? "Anti-American lies?" Really??

If that's it, then like pretty much every other birther, you seem to be a complete nutjob.

I never claimed words in English are "in French." That's just idiotic.

In fact, in most cases I went to pains to add the word "translated" to the description of what I posted. In other words, I actually SPECIFIED that what I was posting was a translation BACK from the French or Spanish, as the case might be.

Not that anybody but an idiot could fail to grasp that if I was describing something in French, and it was presented in English, then it MUST be a translation from that language.

If I hadn't dealt with other birthers so extensively, I would be astonished at the stupidity.

Meanwhile, you have absolutely no comment at the long list of statements, many of which are EXTREMELY AUTHORITATIVE, as to what "natural born citizen" and Presidential eligibility meant.

Anyone with an ounce of intellectual honesty would read this and say, "Hmm. Looks like all of our best authorities in early America understood that "natural born citizen" meant "born in the United States" or "born a citizen." There's no requirement here for citizen parents whatsoever.

They would also look at this and say, "Hmm. Same thing for Presidential eligibility. No requirement for citizen parents at all."

But BIRTHERS. Ah, BIRTHERS.

BIRTHERS read the words of our FOUNDING GENERATION and say, "Lies! Anti-American LIES!"

That's pretty much the definition of a nutjob, or at least of someone who is so committed to a particular idea that they're prepared to throw our FOUNDERS under the bus. Don't you think?
