If that is what he meant then it was an entirely non-sequitur comment.
The claim is that the British National Archive records the birth of a son BHO Sr. in Kenya in 1961.

But I refuse to listen to anything that contradicts my genetically scientifically proven theory that The Mombasa Mofo is non-other than your own Stuart "King over the Water."
