Can you prove to me a sealed warrant for the general containment zone looking only for the suspect and any additional IEDs was never signed by a Judge on call?
It does not even have to be sealed. Can you PROVE that no warrant was ever issued to search the containment zone?

It is a basic tenet of reasoning that one cannot prove a negative. I cannot prove that some super-secret search warrant did not exist. Neither can I prove that there isn't a unicorn in your house right now. What I can tell you is that even if such a warrant had been issued, it would be Constitutionally invalid. Warrants may not be issued for "fishing expeditions".
