The most serious charge available to federal prosecutors

Why would federal prosecutors be involved? These filth committed murder, assault with a deadly weapon, malicious wounding, evading arrest, and disturbing the peace. State crimes all.

Islamic terrorists Muhammed and Malvo were tried, convicted and sentenced under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland. Muhammed is dead; Malvo is doing life without parole in a Virginia prison. That case was handled appropriately.

Likewise, this dirtbag Djoker Whasisname should be tried, convicted, and sentenced under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Yes, but Virginia has the death penalty; while Taxachusetts does not. Had there not been a death penalty, the federal government did indeed have the option of trying the DC snipers.
