Interesting subject if for no other reason to remind ourselves the rights we are talking about. As you clearly said, we are in fact arguing not of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev rights, but rather the rights of all us.

The Constitution and laws are only effective if they are metered in justice and are consistent for all with NO exceptions. Those same exceptions we cry for today may and can be used against us tomorrow.
