Was it an automatic pressure cooker,
What was its capacity?
Was it registered?
Was it bought at a pressure cooker show at a flea market?
These are questions we need answered.
Did it have a shoulder thing that goes up?! Did it?!!

It needs more specific / professional knowledge for the partial presuure cooker, part of serial number, etc .....
Releasing the photos of these two guys, FBI is asking for public help, more eyes can see details that FBI agents might have missed.
