If a document is forged and its been posted on the Internet for the whole wide world to see since April 27, 2011, you’d think there would have been a criminal investigation of forgery, a Grand Jury hearing on forgery, a forgery trial, a forgery conviction, or a forgery sentencing. In two years there has been none of those steps taken and there’s been no congressional investigation of forgery either. All there is is an allegation of forgery and the state of Hawaii says that the whitehouse.gov image matches the original birth certificate in their files.

Sheriff Arpaio’s Posse has made what I regard to be a credible allegation of criminal conspiracy between Hawaii officials and the person or persons who forged the pdf file purporting to be a LFBC on the White House website. I am a retired Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
The apparent complicity of Hawaii officials in this conspiracy has so far effectively prevented legal discovery of the original 1961 vital records by forcing all state secretaries of state and courts to honor Hawaii’s “authentication” under the “full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution.
This apparent criminal firewall in HI can be breached if one or several state AG’s or the House launches a criminal investigation of the forgery that the Posse says is “beyond any doubt.”

What the Hawaiians have take great pains to say is that the WH BC "matches data on file" in their archives. It is entirely possible that the Hawaii DOH passed along digital records. The BC released by the WH looks suspiciously as it it were cobbled together from these digital files to LOOK like an actual BC "document.". That's all (as it it weren't enough) the BC case is about.
Let's say the Cold Case Posse has it all wrong. That does not mean this is not a valid question. Someone ought to take a look.
