Excellent points. But I only see congress acting in that investigative role if Boehner is replaced as speaker.

His threats block any action, up to a tipping point.

It would take a civil case like Mcinnish v Chapman to knock Obama off his horse like an old Medieval Knight before the “heroes” in congress could act by sticking investigative swords in a prostrate victim.

A precise and well written Mandamus from the Alabama supreme court could force SOS Beth Chapman to do her job and in doing so de-horse the usurper king.

Ten Republicans in the House voted against Boehner’s reelection.
In 2010 Boehner was quoted as saying: “The state of Hawaii has said that he was born there. That’s good enough for me.” That is his only comment on this issue to date.
