Any judge in the land would take one look at that document, look up the statute and take is as read that officially, legally and lamentably Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961. Anyone wanting to dispute that would need to build a credible case that there is a widespread and wide ranging conspiracy operating within the HDOH.
