Just tear out a few paragraphs of the Constitution, shucks no one believes those old white guys really had a clue about what modern politics, would become.

This is silly. The truth is that no one knows what the actual meaning of “natural born” is until it is tested in the courts. The courts will not give you the truth, they will give you their opinion. It's not necessarily the same thing, and I can point out to you plenty of examples where the court was absolutely wrong.
