There is no such paperwork that refers to a born citizen becoming a “native born citizen.” Why? Because there is NO distinction between a born citizen and a “NBC”. There only born citizens and naturalized citizens.
LOL! Tell that to every SCOTUS that has mentioned the phrase “Natural Born” in their rulings. They admit that there is such a thing as a Natural Born Citizen, but are reticent to define exactly what it is.
