Why would anyone think that exile of individuals that have no interest in and are unwilling to support the aims and objectives of the locality where he resides is the definition of a “dictatorship”?
Low-information voters are by definition those who have no interest in and no support for the aims and ideals that founded the country they found themselves in.
Works for me as a definition.
