Hehehe...Mr. Semmens just likes to fish for unsuspecting Freepers whose blood pressure is sure to skyrocket! He has gotten me a few times, but I keep an eye out for him...:)
That said, when I saw this in his work: "...As an alternative to arming themselves Salazar suggested that women who feel threatened should carry whistles..." I had a very difficult time distinguishing that from reality.
