Yes! Good Old Doctor Raoul! Great guy, I met him on more than a few occasions with that great DC Chapter gang!
I loved seeing him wear that Halliburton baseball cap. Just the sight of it was enough to drive the Moonbats into a spittle-lipped rage!
I swear, he would incline and turn his head just to be sure they got a good view of it!

Yup! That DC Chapter was something else! I lost count of the number of times I went from TX to DC to join them in some sort of freep. Does anyone remember the “COPS’ CHEER”? If you don’t here it is:
A group of us would stand in front of the White House and yell in unison:

Of course the more people who were around to hear us, the more fun it was.
I’m not sure who made it up-—my guess would be Doctor Raoul or Clinton’s a Liar-—we called her CAL for short.
