After we learn of a morally-crippled poll worker named 'Melowese' voting for Obama at least six times in Ohio, now a report comes out that has the Obama regime itself working directly with like-minded scum at the North Carolina Board of Elections (BoE) to illegally register 11,000+ people. They also paid a company per registration to scrape-up voters, a blatant, in-your-face violation of federal law...
The Examiner:
North Carolina's Civitas Institute has revealed that the NC State Board of Elections and the Obama campaign conspired to register at least 11,000 people via the internet in violation of state law.
This has been confirmed through records requests filed with all of North Carolina's 100 counties. The counting is not yet complete.
North Carolina does not allow online voting, but according to Civitas, SBE staff authorized an Obama campaign website, Gottaregister.com, to use a web-based registration program.
The SBE's chief lawyer responded to the charge with a plainly disingenuous 1984-newspeak answer:Wright repeatedly denied that the SBE allowed online voter registration, insisting that it was web-based voter registration instead, as if there could be a web-based process that wasnt online...
To say this is not online registration but web-based is like saying a certain vehicle
is not a car, its an automobile.
The point of having a wet signature one in ink is to provide a universally accepted way proving that a prospective voter is affirming in person all the facts on the form. To have an auto pen inserted at one point in this long computerized process is a far different thing...
I am seeing handcuffs and rope in the future. Just sayin’...
No... you mean to tell me that Obama acted fraudulently to win the election over Romney?
I’m terribly, terribly shocked. Not.
Fraud president elected fraudulently.
The verdict of history will be astonishment at the corrruption for which Americans, themselves, voted. Twice.
thank you
Paper ballots have their problems, too. Stacks of them being premarked in the back room of the union hall or in the faculty lounge to be used to replace legitimate votes in conservative districts; boxes of them "found" after the RATs know how many they need to win; absentee ballots submitted by individuals who have voted in another location; intentional delay of military absentee ballots to invalidate them...
TERM LIMIT the b@$t@rd$ OUT! Cut out the bennies; make congress subject to all the laws it passes. Punish corruption to the full extent of the law!
I like the Gee Oh Pee, close but more fitting maybe would be Gee Oh Plez. Couldn’t have done it without you though.
I hope you're right, but that will depend upon who writes it.
Are there any honest historians these days who can factually record and write about history they don't agree with?
Progressives/Liberals are like those islamocrazies who blow up Budda statues, destroy monuments, burn down libraries and do other such things throughout history to remove from society that which they don't agree with.
The usual radical left wing extremist demokkkrat liberal scumbag response:
Yeah, so..........
Republicrat response:
Never mind. We’re sorry. May we wash your feet? Please!?
BINGO.
Thanks for your informative post.
If I correctly understood the consent decree the RNC signed then the RNC is legally restricted from contesting vote fraud. If this is legally unbreakable they should disband and regroup under another entity not subject to the decree - for the good of the country.
Yeah, I know, very funny.
That one has not passed, and I know of none under consideration presently - now that they have a GOP Governor, to boot - is a heavy duty stain.
If you live in NC, and happen to have a GOP member of the state House and/or Senate, let them know you noticed.
In WA State, we have Facebook registration. That’s right you can register to vote using Facebook in WA.
You are showing what is needed to encourage the masses who are too busy trying to survive to notice, thinking about the process. The corruption has so penetrated our nonproductive sector - government - that we will be plugging holes for years, and that only if the public can grasp that we do not have valid elections today.
If ballots are stored in plain view in each precinct, and counted in that same room, and loaded into secure storage boxes in plain view, AFTER the volunteers in the precinct have counted the ballots, the warehouses full of ballots, or full of corrupted machines will be circumvented. The local count is the official count unless there is a court order to unseal the stored ballots. Ballot storage boxes are numbered, signed by precinct workers, and stored in bonded facilities. (See VoteScam by the Collier Brothers, available free on the web, or so I'm told, for or detailed account of fraud, including the FBI and AG papers recounting the attempt by the left-wing Collier brothers to expose the fraud in Broward County).
We could add a measure of security during the counting procedure that I assure you is standard protocol in virtually every gambling casino today. Every card table has constant video surveillance. It is unlikely that any hand dealt is not stored in video archives, mostly to protec the casinos from cheaters, counters, and sharks. A trivial installation could be set up at any precinct to observe the counting process. I personally believe that volunteers who live an a district will not risk being caught miscounting intentionally. It is their neighborhood, and they must assume they are being watched, something today that SEIU employees and their AG bosses discourage, make pointless by scheduling counting sessions, or forbid. The ballots must not leave the precinct without being counted, and surveillance media should be stored with the paper ballots.
Paper seems crude and old fashioned, but many attempts to devise a computer analog with equivalent security have failed. I'm reminded of the most popular legal document resource, Justia.com, that edited and published some twenty six supreme court decisions just before the 2008 election to derail attempts to do research on who are natural born citizens. Paper originals and copies remained, but few who knew were willing to stick their necks out and point out the differences in with the paper versions in law libraries. Technology (my business) permits document access with remarkable facility, and the scrubbing and/or editing of archives has become trivial.
The other question you might ask is “How can a precinct count millions of ballots without using computers?” Precincts were originally specified so that none would have an excessive burden counting ballots by hand. Once the limit was 300 voters/precinct. One of the reasons given for eliminating the local count was the need for major networks to put counts on television in real time. The number of voters per/precinct has certainly gotten larger, but precincts of 5000 to 10000 voters, assuming two votes/sec, and several “threads” of counters, each with observers, should be manageable. Having results delayed for a day or two is a small price to pay for representative and valid elections.
The change in the counting process was gradual, but resulted, in the 50s, in the creation by the major networks of Voter News Service, a bit like the Federal Reserve, a private corporation connected directly to the executive branch which actually collated the counts in real time. It was a secretive group which connected media leaders directly to our US Attorney General and worked with an office of the FBI dedicated to exploring vote fraud. It appears that their function may have had the opposite objective, to hide the fact of control over reported votes, as you can see from their repeated denial by the FBI of having received documents filed by the Collier brothers.
Was it a conspiracy? The Collier case was never heard, being delayed and delayed, even after the president of the Broward League of Women Voters committed suicide after the brothers produced video of the the League's workers corrupting punch cards in the official counting center, thus invalidating votes from districts likely to prefer the counterculture brothers, and not vote for Claude Pepper, who was a classic crony capitalist. The Colliers also published photographs and video showing the pre-punched rolls in machines stored in the county warehouse. The case was dismissed by the Asst. Attorney General for the State, Janet Reno, for having exceeded the statute of limitations. It didn't matter to the appeals court that there was no statute of limitation on voter fraud.
In Florida at that time they used punch card machines. The machines were rigged, with the paper roll (like a player piano) prepunched, and access to the machines blocked by court order. A sealed box of ballots would have prevented fraud then, and would prevent some of it today. Of course voter ID such as is required in Mexico should be mandatory. Some mechanism for dealing with absentee ballots must be devised. But we have plenty of bright people who are capable of solving that problem, IF THEY KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED! Most people have not idea that we have virtually no reason to assume votes are even counted, or that those insuring the validity if presumed counts work for the SEIU.
Forget about elections. That is why we need Tea Parties. We must meet directly with those who share our belief in the protections provided by adherence to the Constitution and return our government to a representative republic. All these discussions about why Romney lost, or which group we need to cater to are based upon completely untrustworthy data. I suspect, though have no way of proving, that the majority of us are conservative, in that we respect The Constitution. Today the Constitution has been subverted and representation has been corrupted, particularly for federal offices, but also within many of the states. Local elections are harder to take over because citizens know each other. Having lost the control of our electoral process is the single most important threat our freedoms, and most of the real reason for our economic problems. Those in control of the voting process know they have the power to change it all, are doing so, but must be careful not to impose dictatorship too quickly. That is why Obama could and does appear so sanguine after apparently miserable performances in campaign debates, and after speaking at poorly attended political events time after time. Votes don't matter, and he knows it.
