I haven't posted in a long time. Got to get back to this site. That last election just killed me. Anyway, what say you about this piece? I found it interesting to the point of where do we draw the line on certain things?

This isn’t unique to BoA. Big banks in general could care less about the average person. Foreign call centers, fees for everything, long lines, denying account access, etc. Use a locally owned bank or even better small credit union. Now that banks like BoA know they can put their hand in the government trough to stay alive they have no reason to care about customers.
