Possible. Not sure if the .416 has the same destructive power to take down airplanes, blow up Abrams M1A’s, shoot through engine blocks from 8 miles away and destroy oil refineries like the .50 does. Either way, if this guy has one and is as good a shot as claimed, I’d be wearin’ civvies if I were on the lapd. And driving an ‘84 Honda with no antenna on it.
