It is appropriate it has been “hijacked” for inner city youts.

Because the press often never directly identifies the race of the criminal as well. But in almost all of these stories, you can generally figure it out by names, or other information. Sometimes people post the same story but from another news agency and they have a picture or other identifying info the original story didn’t.

Seems another term could have been used for the “dawgs”.
