When an adoption is finalized, the original vital statistic document is sealed and archived. As far as the legal community is concerned, a sealed record is a record that never existed. Indexes, court records, administrative filings that reference documents that suddenly no longer exist are redacted to reflect an accurate record.
How is it that Zullo looks at the enrollment form of Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National born in Honolulu, HI, and doesn’t realize an adoption has taken place? Why is there resistance to recognizing the obvious?
