Good thing, the perp is dead !
That was the bright spot of my day.
The real problem was that the SOB was out of prison at all.
The executive actions the president signed to increase access and treatment are all good, although the experts will struggle with confidentiality and privacy issues. The most valuable slave of all is the one who hammers out his own and other slaves' leg irons. But since most people like me are more likely to harm ourselves than to turn into mass-murdering monsters, our leaders should do more to keep us safe from ourselves.
Please take away my Second Amendment right. Do more to help us protect ourselves because whats most likely to wake me in the early hours isnt a mans body slamming at my door but depression, that raven, tapping, rapping, banging for relief.
I have a better chance of surviving if I never have the option of being able to pull the trigger.
Fantastic story.
Brave 14 year old kid. He will become a man early.
Each time I hear about a small person with a knife I think of the little big men Gurkha’s from Nepal and their Kukris http://content.artofmanliness.com/uploads//2011/02/khukuri.jpg . The knive is not the secret to their fierceness, but their dicipline.
bad guys beware of them:

my applause to the brave 14 year old boy. Manhood is near.
The story is a little overwrought. Not worth the read at the link.
The sad part is that the perp only had a pellet gun, but the girl and the cops did not know it at the time.

What courageous young man. Selfless in the face of fear. Kudos to him.
This kid embodies the virtues of a true American man.
