The Dems certainly stepped up the vote fraud in ‘02, ‘04, ‘06, ‘08, and finally you had over 100% of an areas population voting in ‘12?

I don’t think any precints had 100% turnout, just that 100% of those that voted did for Obama. Still sounds fishy though.
