You're NUTS! I was simply trying to show you that as a British Colony, Kenya followed the same document format.

You are making an assumption because NON ONE knows where that document came from. I posted two links to FR posts from 2009 which appear to show the document is a hoax. I suggest again that you read the posts and the comments.

However, if you have further information other than the unfounded conclusion you appear to have reached about the validity of that curious document, please feel free to share it here.
