I agree, too. They can never be “rehabilitated.” They’re a drain on society, and if they ever get out again, like what’s being said, they’ll do it again and worse...
Yeah, my experience with it was that a grandfather by marriage not blood got away with it for forty plus years, multiple generations. Would’ve been nice if someone would have handled it in 1958. Thanks for the read.
