New in SC. Your drivers license pic is now on the handicap tag. If THAT person isn’t in the car when the tag is used, then the person is fined.
I think that is going to cut down on a lot of folks like the rude lifeguard that I know. From my understanding, a lot of folks get the handicap tag/card because they drive a handicapped person. If they aren’t picking that person up or driving them then park in a regular spot. IMHO.
