In the wake of the ludicrous 'fiscal cliff' deal made by Boehner and McConnell -packed with pork, increasing the deficit by $4 TRILLION, and raising taxes on most every American while extracting diddly-squat in spending cuts- the Republican Party doesn't represent my interests anymore, yet no GOPer has the huevos to mount a viable challenge to Boehner's feckless 'leadership'-
Ron Meyer, a spokesman for the conservative group American Majority Action, which was among several calling for Boehners ouster, acknowledged that House Republicans simply do not have a viable alternative to Boehner.
It turns out no one else seems willing to pick up the mantle, he said on Wednesday. 'I hesitate to say it, but this goes to some degree to cowardice.'
Yet yesterday's so-called 'fiscal cliff' deal included all this
pork for Obama supporters-
- $430 million for Hollywood through special expensing rules to encourage TV and film production in the United States. Producers can expense up to $15 million of costs for their projects.
- $331 million for railroads by allowing short-line and regional operators to claim a tax credit up to 50 percent of the cost to maintain tracks that they own or lease.
- $222 million for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands through returned excise taxes collected by the federal government on rum produced in the islands and imported to the mainland.
- $70 million for NASCAR by extending a 7-year cost recovery period for certain motorsports racing track facilities.
- $59 million for algae growers through tax credits to encourage production of cellulosic biofuel at up to $1.01 per gallon.
- $4 million for electric motorcycle makers by expanding an existing green-energy tax credit for buyers of plug-in vehicles to include electric motorbikes.
How much worse could the American right do in upcoming battles on debt, immigration, and Obammunist gun grabs?
PLENTY worse... but there's no need to take it on faith,
now you'll get to see for yourself.

I see why GOP types can’t win at anything.
Oh well. We’ll be better by far without you.

So the House of Representatives has been abolished, and Boehner will cast the only vote from now on? Get real. Here's a repeat of my comment in another thread.
Each member of the House can vote nay to stop a bad bill from passing. Theres no sense in cult of celebrity propaganda to let any of them off easy for evil votes. Political discussion boards have been looking too much like henhouse publications written by leftist infiltrators and are lacking effectiveness.
Those bills will be posted in full, and so will the votes of all membersrepeatedly.

YEAH!!! ‘s not like Bohner could have shut Obama down the day he took the Gavel by refusing to fund one penny of Obama’s spending spree, Terror support to terrorist countries or any of it.
Damn, he could have done that too. The Constitution says so.
Hmmmmm....he didn’t. And he gave Obama ALL those things...
Ya know, I’m probably imagining it, but there seems to be a pattern emerging here. But I can’t quite put a finger on what that might be.

Please interpret the 11th word in that sentence. Am I going blind?

No, that can’t be it. It’s a tough job the speaker has. We should support him.And Mitt had the principles of Reagan so that can’t be it either.
You sure about this? Cuz lotsa people think the Pubs are doin’ a swell job. And the crowd is NEVER wrong...

Agreed in regards to spending issues. But then both political parties are influenced mostly by constituents who depend on big government for their incomes. With Republicans, the problem is mostly pork to local governments. That's why they've been trying to get more control over federal spending: to funnel even more of it to their socialist friends back home.

Watch this first and maybe you will understand.

Boehner and his ragtag bunch of unwitting goobs are party politics and a tiny pimple on a big fat dirty ass. They don’t even get it.
The coup has happened. Every branch of government, American culture, education, including the church, is infiltrated.
I want so much when the debt ceiling debate starts, to see the party boys tell Obama to “screw you”. Then watch what happens when the sheeple get screwed.
It might be ugly, but Boehner and the boys don’t have a damn thing to lose. Bring it on.

I said this on another thread yesterday but...This was only ever gonna end one way. And it’s gonna suck for everyone.
But when people had a chance to stop it, they chose party and pragmatism over principle. Time after time. Now the piper wants his pay. And it’s a hell of a bill.
To: Norm Lenhart
Yep, and I can say it will hurt me and mine, but...nothing is left to lose. So...in that case there is only one thing left to do because the 2014 midterms are already over and pre-determined.
Stick a big stick in the Obama spokes while you can, and watch it play out.
Last laugh

Yuppers.
People need to wake up to the very real ‘reality’ of what you stated. We can and should do whatever we can to oppose him. And we should do the same to the people who gave away our country TO him.
And going down with our lips surgically attached to Republican sphincter like some Human Centipede is not the way to go down with hoor.

IMO, a collapse is going to happen, I just think we should not allow Obama to choose the time for it. Force it to happen soon, else it will be too late.
Obama has two choices. Either he cuts spending OR (the one he will most likely choose) he will be forced to emerge publically as the full blown dictator and tyrant that he is. The GOP pimples will have to get real and realize the gig is up in order for this to work. ugh At least they can do their swan song as festering boils rather than meager pimples.
So far, the Marxists have controlled everything with an arrogant hubris, but what if they did not get the planned outcome from the scrawny dorks?

What happens is the same thing that has always happened to the political left from the first time in history they tried this crap. And what always will as long as a human with free will survives.
Of course since history hasn’t been taught in school under union stewardship, as it is harmful to their utopian/marxist agenda, the useful idiots believe that the unicorn pooping skittles and rainbows is just over the next clowd.
Reality of course is anarchy and bloodshed. It has all happened before. It will all happen again.

OK, that’s two really stupid typos in a row...CLOUD dang it!!! ;)

LOL!
You think Boehner is going to do anything to stop the debt limit from being raised?
The GOP and Democrats think the debt ceiling is unlimited!
This is what this farce was all about.
