I would say yes, the cups on the table are the same, her blouse is the same. The person to the left of Michelle Obama in the light blue or turquoise shirt is in both pictures. Does that mean this wasn’t at the White House at a dinner given by Hillary Clinton to give an award to Michelle Obama?
