You yourself admit we are fighting a propaganda war. How is that working out for us now. The media is on the field backing the opposition and they control the message. Right now and for the foreseeable future that will remain the case.
I stand by my remarks. Dogma trumps fact every time when the deciders of the issue have been misinformed, uneducated or plain brain-dead from the age of reason and idolize an ideologue. Most of those who support Obama and the left would be hard pressed to give you the correct change at the conclusion of a simple monetary transaction much less absorb quoted statistics. Their reply to your statistics is and would be expected to be a blank stare and a retort consisting of “Nah. Obama says…”
Beyond that the left isn’t interested in examining any statistics presented by our side. They are on a mission. Look deep into Jerold Nadler’s face, or that of Nancy Pelosi. Look into John Kerry’s. Look at any of them. What do you see there? Honesty? Integrity? Loyalty? A desire to equitably decide an issue on the merits?
This is a fight for control and you can’t expect a people who have suckled the teat all of their lives, never having had to live without liberty under the control of a tyrants’ whimsical nature when they have never experienced a day when they did not have it or the tyrants’edicts and acts to affect their lives. They cannot even imagine the horrors that await them. They must live it to know.
I’m with you in this fight but if we base our arguments solely on statistics and the abilities of ‘trick shot quick draw artist’ arguments this will not end well. Mark my words.
