Still open most likely birth locations: Kenya, HI, WA, IMO.
You forgot to mention WhiteRock, BC.
There is evidence that SAD's Aunt lived in Blaine WA at that time. Blaine is a small border town across the Canadian border from WhiteRock.
Since SAD was scheduled to attend UofW in Sept 61, and had a 'due date' shortly before that, SAD may have been sent to live with her aunt till the baby was born.
The border at that time was very porous, and SAD delivers BHO in hospital in WhiteRock.
Everything else that occured, such as the use of Virginia Sunahara's BC as a root for BHO BC is the same as the theory of a Kenyan birth.

IIRC, Beckwith agreed to withdraw links to the family in Blaine when a member of the family contacted him and made a credible case that SADO was not there. Was this family member protesting too much?
IIRC, there was no national healthcare in Canada at the time, so that argument was bogus.
Also, IIRC Canada does not have anchor baby citizenship conferred of foreign nationals temporarily domiciled there.
That said, a Canada birth is possible, but I haven’t seen a single verifiable contemporaneous piece of evidence that supports it.
