Hmmm...The timing seems a little early for Judge Roy Moore to intervene in some way. A cursory search didn’t turn up when he will be sworn in, but in this WND article he sounds good:

IANAL, but I don’t think it would be appropriate for Chief Justice Moore to be plotting “ex parte” (outside the courtroom) with Larry Klayman against defendant Obama or the Alabama SOS who certified Obama being on the ballot. If it is Moore he would have to recuse himself from the AL eligibility case, which I don’t think he would want to do.
