This self-promoting, narcissistic presidential aspirant did not even let the dust settle from the 2012 presidential campaign before he was hurling insults at Governor Romney. In the immediate aftermath of the election, Jindal made headlines for referring to the Romney campaign as stupid. He made a very public point of saying that he rejected Romneys analysis of the election that Obama won by giving large gifts to certain minority groups. He called the remarks insulting and said that the Republican Party cannot win by demonizing people.

Toss him on the junk heap of political has-beens along with “Fat Man” Christy of NJ.
What do you expect him to do? Just curious...
“...a New Madrid adjustment...”
That’s the term I was looking for; good one.
Jindle is not the Posterity of We the People as laid out in the Preamble of the Constitution.

LOL, I see it coming, RNC = Christie/Jindal 2016.
Add this to his status as NOT a native born American due to his parents foreign birth and this guy is off the list.
Unless, of corse, Rancid Preibuis (or howeverthehell he spells it) and his Beltway bosses wants him in the WH.

Barack Hussein Obama, who is not a Natural Born Citizen, sits in the Oval Office (when not golfing). This has set a precedent against the NBC requirement.
Republicans have really lost it when they choose the radical left-wing Romney, over mainstream republicans.
Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal, Susanna Martinez, Marco Rubio, are all vastly superior to Mitt ,and vastly more conservative than Mitt Romney, regardless of their shortcomings in that department.
Romney is a hard left Massachusetts gaffe machine that needs to shut up and crawl back into whatever anti-tea party, anti-Reagan, anti-conservative hole that he crawled out off.
Romney, I marched with MLK, and “Reagan was adamantly pro-choice”, bet you $10,000.00, “life long hunter”, “longed to serve in Vietnam” gaffe master and weirdo, needs to go away.
Are you saying that even if his parents had been naturalized before his birth, he would not be a NBC?
It doesn't.
Ultimately, Constitutionality becomes a political issue - are the parties involved willing to uphold the Constitution or not? That includes the People who vote. It's not surprising that Constitutionally ineligible voters (i.e., non-citizens) would vote for a Constituitionally ineligible candidate.
However, what was lacking this time was clear evidence and fortitude to demand it. All the other states could have used their Constitutional power of full faith and credit to demand that Hawaii share their public records. Only Arizona tried and failed. Perhaps if other states joined, Hawaii might have been forced to comply or Congress forced to act?
In any case, precedent can't overturn the Constitution. That's why we have weak presidencies and strong presidencies. It depends on the boldness of the President and the meekness of Congress and the Courts. That's where we are now, BTW, with meek and weak leaders in Congress, and a confused man in charge of the Supreme Court.

So? Neither are most Americans.
and Rubio’s parents were not naturalized until 4 years after his birth, so why is he stumping in Iowa already?
apparently some in the GOP are looking for a minority anchor baby nominee for 2016 to try to outdo the Constitionally lawless democrats
From what I’ve heard, they haven’t even attempted to pump off any of the butane from the butane well nearby. Too expensive. Nevermind, that the chemical brew going on right now could set off something more expensive than anything this nation has ever seen Also, they don’t seem to be very forthcoming to the residents in the area about how serious things are. The Hydrogen sulfide news was kept quite for at least 24 hours after they realized there was an issue. Frankly, I think the people at Bayou corne are sitting on a powder keg, and the salt mind company there doesn’t seem to be the most competent at handling the “burn-offs”. They aren’t there 24/7 for 1. The Lake Peigneur sinkhole should serve as a warning what can happen with Salt Domes and a permanent evacuation from the area seems to be the least they should do. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ddlrGkeOzsI
Should have read Lake Peigneur salt done, not sinkhole.
> In any case, precedent can’t overturn the Constitution.
Very well put and I agree. However precedent can allow people to circumvent the Constitution with greater ease.
Ludicrous as it sounds, I don’t doubt there are GOP party animals who would salivate at the thought of that. Both of them rubbed me wrong when they first began getting national note, and as time wears on I have begun to understand why. They’re nominal fiscal conservatives who manage to get elected in typically hostile states by pandering.
You must be referring to 1st generation Americans, that is, the children of immigrants. If the children came here with their parents, or if the children were born before their parents acquired citizenship, then they are not the Posterity of We the People. If the immigrants become citizens (become We the People), then their future children will be the Posterity of We the People.
It's a harsh reality for some, and it may be an unfair luck of life's draw, but that's the way it is.

I just saw that you don’t respond to posters, you just signed up to pimp your blog.
Interesting. Ripping a conservative from Louisana to save the face of a liberal Republican from Massachusettes. What a World we live in. Jindal is 100 percent correct but the liberals will be around to tell me otherwise. lol. Gotta love how wacky things have gotten.
