Is someone actually petitioning the *white house* ???

It is the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES which has the CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to NULLIFY AN ELECTION ——
and appoint who they want/determine.

And they have in fact done that a few times.

(I read this on FR somewhere recently)

Re my post #25 - there is a deadline that it must be done by. I forget what was said, but sometime in November IIRC.
