Now that you mention the chem weapons I do recall seeing one reference to that.I guess the biggest thing is the thousands of shoulder fired rockets that Gdaffi had. Thats the big thing as I recall.Stuff that can shoot an airliner down really quick anywhere in the world.
While we are talking about chem weapons Syria is loaded with that stuff that they got form Iraq when Sadaam was there.He shipped them over by land and air.
Supposedly we have specialists in Turkey monitoring the possible movement or security of these weapons.
Syria is the worlds leading nation on the development, construction and armament of Chemical Weapons. Most everyone else in the world has decommissioned their stocks or destroyed them. The other main players in that chemical weapons market are Iran and Egypt. So why on Earth would you send some of the worlds worst terrorist organizations into Syria simply to destabalize the government controlling the WMD stockpiles ?
And if you are going to do all that, why not give some of Libya's chemical WMD to the terrorist organizations. After all, Syria has some so the terrorists should have some ? Right ? If they actually did that, we will see a chem terror attack very soon.
