"He [Romney] killed us all over the country. Look at [same-sex] marriage. We've never lost the issue before, until it shared a ballot with Romney then we lost it four times on one day. Heck, we even won marriage in California on Election Day 2008 for goodness sake.
There will never be another establishment candidate like that. Jeb Bush, Chris Christie...those people will never happen. Heck, I think Christie will be driven out of the GOP and be the next Charlie Crist. Mitt just killed Republicans in my home state. People are angry, especially because Matt Drudge and Karl Rove told us it was all in the bag all along, after they got done smearing conservatives in the primary and dumping on Todd Akin.
It's on like Donkey Kong."

We know that means Christians, we hear it all the time from the left, libertarians, and other anti-Christians, it actually means Protestant, or Evangelicals, to be more precise.
Evangelicals voted republican by 79%, yet you still rage against the most conservative voters in America.
Libertarians are the hard left enemies of conservatism, they are leftist radicals who like the economics of conservatives, and want to embrace those while destroying the social conservatism that those economics depend on.
Todd Akin was not the tea party candidate.
Missouri, a bastion of the tea-party movement, has been shifting right in recent elections. The Tea Party Express and 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin endorsed former state Treasurer Sarah Steelman in the GOP primary. Self-financing businessman John Brunner had the backing of FreedomWorks, a national tea party umbrella group.
“...your precious political party...” - is obviously completely disingenuous; but then honesty really isn’t popular with you people.
...your precious political party... - is obviously completely disingenuous; but then honesty really isnt popular with you people.
***JimRob wanted to be completely unbeholden to any political party. Are you accusing him of being “is obviously completely disingenuous”?
Until he changes that, we are a conservative website, not a GOP website, and what you are doing, by berating conservatives, is trolling. So go ahead, preach to him about what this site is for and how disingenuous he is.
okay - you could have just said the lying about others and their parties was a chronic problem with you - I get it
non sequitur
About what I would expect from someone so disingenuous.
Great point Kev - commenting on your stuff is about as non-sequitury as a non sequitur can get.
You’re absolutely right, your comments are “about as non-sequitury as a non sequitur can get.”
Oh my God - you’re too cute - a “I know you are but what am I” response - nicely played!
ETFOOM. You’re the one that started that line of bowlsheet. So, reviewing your posts, have you added anything of substance to this thread? Nope.
...and Captain Maturity follows it up with “You started it!” That’s amusing enough all by itself; but even more so since it’s 100% false (no surprise coming from you) - my ‘contribution’ to this brilliant thread of yours was to compliment a great post by John Valentine; which apparently put a Gordian knot in your panties, because then you started the icky name calling. Nice try; thanks for playing.
Hah hah, your posts at least are fun to read. Thanks for bumping the thread, T4BTT. I look forward to the day in this GOP civil war when CINOs like you are the casualties, much like when Napoleon fired grapeshot on the Frenchmen who stood against him. For every one he had to fire on, there were thousands who spoke the same things but then promptly went back to hiding under rocks like the cowards they really were.
and now for something of substance: my only crime was agreeing with the owner of this site, and voting to get Obama onto the unemployment lines himself. If The Man is a CINO, then I’m all CINO with him. Otherwise, you’re just plain wrong. If you think I’m not on the tea-flavored side of the civil war, your more wrong than usual
Does JimRob berate conservatives who had stronger principles than him? No? So the folks who do berate conservatives who didn’t compromise their principles, those people are CINOs. You, yes you, are a CINO for crossing that line. The right thing for conservatives to do is to properly channel their anger onto the GOP-E rather than to other conservatives who are more conservative than themselves. That is what JimRob is doing; that is what conservatives are doing; and that... tellingly... is NOT what YOU are doing, because you are a CINO. Thanks for bumping the thread, T4BTT.
Yes, because I am “berating” people. Please - at least visit reality sometime.
Real cute touch that the clown who is advocating having me shot now pretends to be a poor wittle “berated” victim. Nice consistency there, Mr. Sinless.
Yes, because you are berating conservatives. CINOs do that. Conservatives don’t. That makes you a good republican and a crappy conservative.
Ya like consistency, huh? It would appear you’re consistently CINO. Not much of a defense of your actions, I see. That’s because they are indefensible. What does it take to get some wad like you to belly up to the bar of real conservatism and channel your anger onto the GOP-E? It would appear that you prefer instead to berate poor wittle victims rather than further the cause of conservatism. That makes you a troll, a CINO, a republican, a POS. Thanks for bumping the thread, T4BTT.
Here how you initiated the conversation, you lying sack: “That means what youre doing is trolling. You aint a conservative” - that is what passes for ‘hello’ in your self-centered twisted little world - it’s not berating when you do it. Yeah, you’re a real, true lighthouse of principles, boy.
I stand by my principles. You compromised yours. Currently I am defending conservatism, and currently you are berating conservatives. Does that mean you’re sticking to your CINO principles? You’re a troll. You ain’t a conservative.
