So at what point does the public-at-large get massively sick of seeing the politicians clapping each other on the back while so many ordinary people are without power, gas and even food and water?

Which was exactly our(Al, Ms, La) point in the aftermath of Katrina but because there was a Republican in office we were scoured for it by FReepers.
