There was nothing in the transcripts except MitT Romney testifying to the value of Staples stock during a financial aspect of a divorce.

But,...

This is not a total bust for Allred. She now has direct knowledge of the testimony. Should Romney be foolish enough to make statements about what he said, Allred could file for a lifting of the gag-order if what Romney said does not track with his testimony. Pretty slim probability that he would do so, though.

And, of course, this does not stop the RATs from lying about the subject, now bolstered by the access to inside information giving a shiny patina of truth to their despicable lies.

I am not understanding the role of the Boston Globe in this matter. They are no friends of Romney, so why agree to keeping the gag order in effect ?

Nor do I understand how judges can make private personal divorce settlements public ? How can someone like Allred or the Boston Globe even approach a judge to get divorce records unsealed?
