The Bad News: Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans were killed by Islamic Fundamentalists in Benghazi, primarily because the Obama State Department denied their requests for security.
These are some of the most important facts to emerge from the Vice Presidential Debate, Joe Biden is like a weird relative; a relative you don't want to leave alone with children, and that he and President Obama received no requests for security from the diplomatic delegation in Libya, despite the sworn testimony of two former security professionals who requested the security.
Some of us who know the president only attended less than half of his intel-briefings wonder if someone might have mentioned the multiple attacks on the diplomatic teams in Benghazi during one of the no show briefings.
During the debate, Biden assured the country and the world, he only speaks for himself and the president, and that they received no such requests.
"We weren't told they wanted more security. We did not know they wanted more security there."
Unfortunately, the State Department has acknowledged the receipt of multiple requests for increased security. The State Department officials who have testified before the House Oversight Committee's panel have not said they relayed the requests to the president; however, Eric Nordstrom top regional security officer in Libya last summer said,
"In those conversations, I was specifically told [by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Charlene Lamb] ‘You cannot request an SST [Site Security Team] extension.' I determined I was told that because there would be too much political cost. We went ahead and requested it anyway."
"Too much political cost", but the death of an ambassador and three employees are only "bumps in the road." Do you think Charlene Lamb and the Obama Administration wanted to use the Libya War, Obama's War, as an icon or poster subject for the success of the Obama Foreign Policy and that having armed security would be offensive to Libyans, al-Qaeda, and Leftists in general.

As an aside, I just watched the clip of the reporter take on Carney re Bengazhi lies. The rest of the press corps was sitting pushing on their ipods, not engaged in this. Remember the days of Sam Donaldson et al when the press was falling over themselves to get a question/dig the press secretaries for far less?
It just blows me away that the ambassador in BARBADOS and the one in PARIS had more security than the one in
LIBYA. LIBYA...yes THAT Libya.
That just defies logic. It defies logic to the extreme that it makes me wonder if......maybe.......

Let's be clear about this, a State Department cannot deny or approve anything! A member of the State Department can. WHO, what person, was responsible for the deaths of the four in Libya? Who, what person, denied the added security that the ambassador requested?
Also, Biden said that he, the President, and the President's spokesperson simply relayed what the intelligence community told them? Specifically, what human in that intelligence community relayed that information?
Quite frankly, these lies that are coming from the President, Vice-President and the spokesperson are beginning to reach the 'high crimes and misdemeanors' level?
Today on Radio they were saying Pat Kennedy of State Department intentionally showed one picture/map which exposed CIA safe house, Republicans before hearing decided not to bring that picture but Kennedy through Lamb, anyway showed it, purpose was to take hearing inside. Just to give cover to Obama before election.

The fact is that Hillary is the incompetent fool. She’s the one that dreams up all the crap, creates the scenarios, and then walks off brushing her hands together saying “you never heard that from me” while the grunts implement her plans, and then have to duck, and cover.
I’ve not a lick of proof, but after following these people for twenty five years, the antics, the coverups, the blame games, etc. I know in my gut Hillary is behind much of it. Fast & Furious for gun control, Benghazi for either making a fool of Obama, or that October Surprise. She made sure she was on the other side of the World when it all came down.
