At least my daughter's experience working at a private business, a well known restaurant chain, a well know grocery chain and a bank was all limited to less than 40 hours a week so they wouldn't pay the same benefits as they paid their full time employees, specifically health care.
That’s a good point - it did happen before Obamacare. But now it is happening even more.
