Will look at the video later. You may have been the one that mention them looking for manpads to me before. I had linked an article that talked about them perhaps still working with Al’Queda in Libya like we had before Kadafi(sp?) was overthrown.

I can see covering things up if they were CIA looking for man-pads. If they were CIA still working with Al’Queda (for our government) - not so much.

I haven't read anything definite about them but they could have been CIA working with (sort of) Al-Qaeda to get manpads back. Those aren't mutually exclusive things.
