Until we have a trustworthy government there should be no government authorized killing.

Using the standards by which my nephew was convicted, the killers of Osama are murderers. And if Osama only ordered the attack(s) on 9-11, where does that leave obama????

The mandatory minimum in the military for a murder conviction is LIFE IN PRISON.

I’m not sure about the mandatory minimum.

I thought the military had the option of capital punishment...although not usually used.
